1. Production date based on the film edge code. Subject description taken from hand inspection and the Roffman Collection finding aid shot list. In some cases the finding aid shot list is more extensive than what actually appears on the roll.~2. Film rolls in this collection are in need of proper leadering and splice repair. Most shots on a roll are taped together and require cement splices prior to any screenings, video transfer, or client requests.~3. Library and Archives Canada is now the copyright owner for material originally under copyright to Julian Roffman. Julian Roffman died 16 November 2000, therefore, the material in this collection for which he was creator is under copyright until 31 December 2050.~4. Slate on roll four reads, 'stockshots by Beesley - Banff'. Beesley was a cameraman for Associated Screen Studios.
