Various speeches given in tribute to Paul Martin’s career by: Windsor Mayor Michael Patrick; former Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent; Lady Jeanne Campbell, granddaughter of Max Aitken, Lord Beaverbrook; Ontario Minister of Public Welfare Louis Pierre Cécile, representing Ontario Premier Leslie Frost; the Leader of the Opposition Lester B. Pearson; a representative of the radio station CKLW-AM; the Rector of Queen's University Leonard W. Brockington; the conservative Member of Parliament for Essex South Richard Thrasher, representing the government; and Paul Martin Sr. <45mn>

1. Identification based on tape label, list prepared by the Privy Council Office and auditioning.~2. Length is approximate.~3. Recording speed is 7 1/2 inches per second.~4. Bad sectors all over the tapes.~5. Runs for approximately 25 minutes on first reel and 20 minutes on the second.~6. The first reel of two from this recording has been transferred to a CD, among others by Paul Martin Sr.
