Boxes 1-2 = Application for Extension of Time consist of individual requests to be allowed extended time for the preparation of Appeal cases. These cases were never developed as Appeals.
Boxes 3-6 = References are investigation files relating to the effect that an increase or decrease of an existing rate of duty upon a given commodity might have upon an industry and the protection of the consumer from exploitation. Each investigation is termed a Reference. The records found in boxes 3-6 relate to Reference 158 and concern theGeneral Preferential Tariff.
Boxes 7-12 = The remaining references found in boxes 7-12 of this accession consist of investigations 160, 161, 163 and 164.
