Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the B.C. Region of the Department of Justice.

The accession contains property case files, including, but not limited to records relating to: Hudson Street Bridge expropriation, Arthur Laing Bridge easements, Fish Lake Cultural Education Centre, Sea Island leases, erosion study for St. Mary's Band, First Nations income tax liability, National Harbours Board expropriation, Penticton Indian Reserve #1 expropriation, revision of Indian timber regulations, various First Nations Reserves, Westbank Indian Bank Development Company, Agassiz Research Station, YVR Parallel Runway project, airports, Arbutus Bay Estates, City of Vancouver, Tsleil'waututh Nation (Burrard Band) Investments Ltd., NCPC transfer of land to Yukon Engergy Corporation, Esquimalt Graving Dock, and the Kemano Completion Project.
