This accession pertains to the functioning of the Bureau of Dangerous Drugs. It includes General Files related to Advertising, Exports and Imports, Dog Private Kennel Training Kits, Notices of Compliance, Use of Drugs in Sports Medicine, Precursors, Designer Drugs, National Drug Strategies, Psychoactive Drugs other than Schedule F, Controlled or Restricted Drugs, and Schedule F Drugs. It also includes files associated with Controlled and Narcotic Drugs organized by name of drug.

Also within this accession are files associated with Co-Operation and Liaison with Schools, Colleges and Universities, Government Departments, Various Branches of the Department of Health and Welfare, and International Government bodies, Licensing Bodies including the College of Physicians and Surgeons by province, Dental and Pharmaceutical Associations by province.

This accession also contains files regarding individual Physicians, Surgeons, and Dentists listed alphabetically by name and location, Surveys of Pharmacies regarding specific drugs and prescriptions in general, Hospitals and Penitentiaries including Nursing Homes, and Ships Medical Supplies, and individual hospitals. It also contains files regarding Military Medical Establishments in Europe, Licensed Dealers, Individual Veterinarians, Researchers and Analysts including Miscellaneous Researchers, Individual Researchers organized alphabetically, Special authorization to Purchase Drugs, and Enforcement files including Disposal of Narcotics and Controlled Drugs, Electronic Technology, Investigations and Prosecutions organized by Disposition of Assets, Forged Prescriptions, and Liaison with Enforcement Personnel regarding Disposal of Drug Paraphernalia.
