Registrar's Record Book contains an index by last name of the Appellant followed by the Registrar's record of individual appeals heard by the Court Martial Appeal Board between 1951 and 1959. The particulars recorded for each case include the rank and service of the appellant, the date and Judgement of the Court Martial, the dates and methods of conveying documents relating to the proceedings in respect of which the appeal has been brought, the date of the hearing, the names of designated members of the Board and the Registrar present, the proceedings of the Board and the Judgement. Following the signature of the Registrar or the Acting Registrar is a list of parties receiving the Judgement and Reasons of Judgement including the Appellant, Counsel for the Appellant and the Judge Advocate General. Following the index, the page numbers are stamped 1-500. Pages 175 to 500 are blank. All entries are hand-written. A hand-written list of appeal cases heard, accompanied by the names of designated members of the Board and the dates of Hearing, 1952-(1959) is located between pages 50 and 51.

Minute Book entries are summaries of the sittings of individual court martial appeal cases heard between 1960 and 1968. Information regarding each case includes the date, time and location of the hearing, the names of the President and designated members of the Court, the rank, name, service and service number of the Appellant, the names of counsel and a short summary of the proceedings. Each entry is signature stamped by the Registrar. The minutes are preceded by an index of the last names of the Appellants. Following the index, the pages are numbered 1-225. Pages 33-225 are blank.
