Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the British Columbia Regional Office of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada and its predecessors. Predecessors include the Vancouver District, the Fraser District, and the Fraser Agency.

The accession includes, but is not limited to, records relating to: band management, including membership, election, and band council resolutions; engineering services, including physical planning of communitites, roads, and wharves and floats; vital statistics; housing, including housing loans; leases; land matters, including cemeteries; education; band funds, including investments and audits; research into Indian rights and treaties; organization; arts and crafts; estates; fire losses; Fraser River estuary study; federal-provincial welfare services; cultural affairs; and policy, planning and research.
