This accession consists of the following: (a) Manpower Consultative Services case files. Each file deals with one corporation, usually a major one, and deals with the joint activities of the corporation and the Department under the Manpower Assessment Incentive Agreement. These activities for the most part involved retraining and employment for workers whose jobs had been lost or altered through corporate changes - e.g. - plant closure, new techniques, etc. (Boxes 501516-501517); (b) Course notes for a course entitled "Effective Management Certificate Programme for the Mechanical Contracting Industry of B.C.".
