Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Fort St. John District Office of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, and its predecessor the Fort St. John Agency.

The accession includes, but is not limited to, records relating to: band management, including elections and minutes of council; farming, including land clearing and band farms; band finances; management of band funds under Section 69 of the Indian Act; surveys and reserves, including those for the Salteau Band and the Kochea Place leases.
