Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Vancouver District of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Canada and its predecessors. Predecessors include the Fraser District and the Fraser Agency.

The accession includes, but is not limited to, records relating to: organization; band management, including election and minutes of council; school buildings, including farm buildings; band buildings; engineering services, including water supply systems and phyiscal planning communities; taxation; welfare equipment and supplies; band economic development committees; band training; surveys and reserves; rights of way, including power line rights of way and foreshore rights; leases; and enfranchisements.
