News conference hosted by Western Arctic Member of Parliament Dennis Bevington for a group of young people who present a declaration on northern climate change to Members of Parliament. In August 2009, 60 young Canadians gathered in Inuvik, Northwest Territories to attend a summit on northern climate change. At the summit, the delegates developed a declaration that laid out a call for action on northern climate change. The declaration hightlights four areas of concern about the progress of climate change issues and upcoming negotiations and concludes with a call for action. MPs Dennis Bevington, Larry Bagnell, Linda Duncan and Nathan Cullen also speak. <25mn>
