The sheets show: (1) South elevation, part of south elevation, west elevation, sash details NMC108826 -- (2) Main entrance, jury room window, north-south section NMC108827 -- (3) Court room ceiling bosses jury room ceiling bosses jury room ceiling boss, first floor window east and west wings, section thru main stair well, front hall doorway, jury room fireplace NMC52543 -- (4) First, second and third floor plans, typical baseboards, etc. NMC108828. The architect was John Howard; the builder was Mr. Chaffey. The stone structure was started in 1842 and completed in 1844. The central two storey ionic portico is flanked by wings and set on rusticated base made by the ground floor.
