Sheets indicate (1) South elevation, east elevation, dormer details etc. (NMC 108773) -- (2) First floor window, east elevation, fourth floor plan, first floor window south elevation, third floor plan (NMC 108774). The Weber Building is known as the Commercial Mart, originally a house and store built about 1820. In 1841 two more house-and-store sections were added to the Commercial Mart. Attic storey was added later. The building once housed Weber's Piano Factory, hence the name Weber's Building.
