Map, shaded for relief, shows the main transportation routes-rail, road and ferry. Included also are an alphabetic index of post offices and a mileage pyramid. The date was arrived at by comparing the information on the map with maps of established date in N.M.C. This information included the completed Alaska highway and the incomplete highway between Prince George and Dawson Creek (Highway 97) allowing one to give an approximate date of 1945. Further, the probable acquisition date of March 1, 1950 on the back of the map gave the date used.
