In: Ptolemy: Geographia, Venice, 1574. Each, the second and third parts of the atlas, which contain no map, is dated 1573. The folded map bears longitude and latitude and on its recto of the first page a description of the area with foliation no. 31 and signatures Hb. The back of the map is blank. The map, essentially, is an enlargement with some additional information of that of Iacopo Gastaldo published in the 1548 Venice edition of Ptolemy. The 1574 edition was revised by Gio. Malombra. The map was published also in the 1561, 1562 and 1564 (all three in Venice) editions in Ptolemy. (Ph. 371, 372, 373).
