Finding number 24 being the last numbers, less then [21 chains I] received other Instructions from the Surveyor General's Office dated 12th January 1829 directing me to make all the lots equal breadth and only allow 60 links as an allowance for each [road] this latter instructions put me to much [time] and expenses for which I made no charge in my Acct.
