Wright Esq., now Surveyor General of St. Johns Island, and Mr. Thos. Hurd, now a Lieutenant in the navy, under the orders of Saml. Holland Esqr., at that time Surveyor General of the northern district of No. America, & agreeable to the directions of the Board of Trade.
