This series pertains to contracts given out by Le Groupe to dancers, choreographers, monitors, technicians, musicians, administrative staff, summer students and interns. Files contain contracts but also records of employment, invoices and cheque requests which represent a proof of employment. Other records pertain to agreements with other institutions, organizations or with specific inviduals. Also included: advertizing contracts, artististic contracts, sales contracts.

Letters of agreement between specific individuals and institutions are filed at the end of the series.

In order to order a specific contract by name or surname, researchers must contact archivist and provide necessary research information. The archivist will then select the specific sub-file from the alphabetical file and then transfer it on to reference services. for example: John Doe 1990-1991, the D file will be ordered by the archivist and only the John Doe file will be sent in an interim box to the researcher.
