From 1993 to 2000, the Standards Council of Canada underwent major corporate restructuring as part of a new strategic plan to reduce Council membership and broaden the mandate and programs of SCC to meet the needs of a widening constituency. The new plan included a reorganization of the Council's advisory committee system during which several long standing advisory committees were disbanded.

This sub-series contains the records of the following disbanded SCC advisory committees
