The document has one large red circular paper seal. A single pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together in conjunction with a small piece of parchment folded over the upper left corner of all the sheets.

The document is randomly laminated with tissue on pages five and six. Scotch tape was used along the horizontal centre fold line and upper fold line. Ink smear is on the lower outside corners of pages two and three. Edges are worn.
