The document is on parchment. One green ribbon binds the sheets together. One orange circular paper seal and one red circular paper seal are page five. Red ink was used for underlining.

The document has yellow discolouration in random locations. Ink is faded and illegible in spots. Numerous slashes are present in the upper left corner of each sheet. The docket area is dirty.
