The document has one red wax seal. Two pieces green ribbon are adhered to the wax seal. One piece of pink archival ribbon is used to bind the sheets together. One piece of unknown material is used with the archival ribbon and wax seal to bind the sheets together. Two red circular paper seals are on page seven.

The document is laminated with tissue. A brown stain is on the lower left corner, opposite the wax seal. Edges are dirty. Ink smears are on page 14.
