The document has one red wax seal and two pieces of green ribbon. One piece of diamond-shaped material, possibly canvas, is folded and attached to the wax seal. It was probably used in binding the sheets together. One piece of pink archival ribbon was also probably used in binding the sheets.

The document is laminated with tissue. A faint red ink stamp, oval-shaped, is on upper right corner. Yellowish stain is on the left edge, possibly from a wax seal.
