The document has one large red wax seal, on the top left corner of page one. Two strands of green ribbon are attached to the underside of the wax seal. One piece of pink archival ribbon is also under the wax seal.
Note sur l'état de conservation :
The document is laminated with tissue. The edges are dirty, torn, and worn. A red (possibly wax) stain is visible near the seal and is also on page three, top left corner. There is also a stain on the lower left corner, opposite wax seal. Sheet seven has pieces missing along the edges and a brown stain down the central area of the leaf.
