The document has seven doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and three red circular wax seals. Red ink is used to underline the notatnion along the left side.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are small holes along the fold lines and random ink blots. Two holes in top left corner were used to bind the document with the Order in Council.
