The document is on parchment. A double-lined border surrounds the text. There is one orange wax seal. Other wax seal markings are visible, however it is impossible to determine if they are stains or actual seals. The document has 13 First Nations signators and 14 diamond shapes.

The parchment is brittle. It is also dirty and worn along the fold lines. There is yellow in top left area, as well as some reddish stains.
