The document has a single red wax seal, present in the top left corner of page one. A blue ribbon is underneath the wax seal. A pink archival ribbon is used to hold the sheets together. Red ink was used for a vertical margin line.
Note sur l'état de conservation :
The document is laminated with tissue. The edges are worn, torn and dirty. Sheet six is smaller and blue, while the other sheets are cream coloured. Small red stains, possibly wax, are on the top left corners of each sheet and on the reverse side in the top right corner. Brown stains are on the top of pages 10 and 11.
