The document has a single red wax seal on the bottom left corner of page two. There are eight other covered seals with names written on the lids.

The document is laminated with tissue. Possibly both sheets were originally one sheet which was folded in half. The edges are worn, with small tears, and the fold lines are dirty. There are two small holes at the top left corner which were probably used for binding.
