The document has nine doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and nine covered seals. There is also a single red wax seal, located on top of a blue ribbon. A pink ribbon is holding the sheets together.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are small holes along the centre fold lines. The center fold lines are also torn and dirty. There are ink smears on pages one and four.
