The document has nine doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and nine seals which are covered with blue paper. A single pink ribbon binds the leaves together through two holes situated in the top left corner.

The document is laminated with tissue. A light blue stain is visible on the lower portion of page one. There are small holes and yellowing along the fold lines. It is impossible to determine which document is the original and which is the duplicate.
