The document has nine doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and eight seals which are covered with blue paper. A single pink ribbon binds the leaves together through two holes situated in the top left corner.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are several ink smears. Sheet two has yellowed along the fold lines where there are also tears and small holes. It is impossible to determine which document is the original and which is the duplicate.
