The document is on parchment. There are 29 red wax seals. Four wide blue ribbons are woven through the parchment with seven seals located on each ribbon. A single green ribbon is woven through the parchment with a single wax seal located on it. Brown ink is used for underlining and a multi-lined border.

The document is brittle. It is also dirty and worn along the fold lines. Ink is faded.
