The document has two red wax seals, situated on top corners of first and last page. Possible remains/stains from at least five wax seals are opposite Indian signatories marks and signatures. A faded pink ribbon, in three pieces, was probably used to bind sheets together through three holes along folded edge.

The document is laminated with tissue. The tissue is worn along folded edges. The document's edges are worn and dirty. Pieces have been replaced by conservation. Other small pieces are missing. There are also stains and ink smears throughout.
