The document has a red wax seal which is stamped with cross-hatching. A single pink ribbon is located underneath the seal. The remains of an orange seal or glue is located on the bottom corner of pages three and eight.

The document is laminated with tissue and there are small holes along the fold lines. Sheet two has a different docket title from sheets one and three. Sheet two also has ink blots. Sheets two and three are torn, and have worn edges.
