The document has two red wax seals, placed back to back with a wide blue ribbons attached and knotted. Sheet two folds over sheet one and covers it along the left edge. There are two holes along edge, probably used to bind document. There is also a small brass paper fastener which binds the document.

The document is laminated with tissue. Edges are torn and small pieces are missing. The document is dirty and there are small holes along fold lines. Ink blots are present on sheet one.
