The document is on parchment and has a decoratively cut top edge. Red ink is used for border and decoration. The document has nine doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and nine red wax seals which are stamped with two people on a seesaw. Nine white ribbons are woven through parchment with the wax seals attached. Additionally, there is a pink ribbon, probably used to attach map, situated in the top left corner.

Parts of the document are dirty and yellowed. The ink is also faded.
