The document has eight seals covered by paper. One seal is about 1/3 the size of the other seven seals on page three. The document also has nine doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures. Two doodem signatures are on page four.

The document is laminated with tissue. The sheets are dirty, faded, torn and small pieces are missing down the central fold lines. Ink has been absorbed through the paper, causing it to be visible on the opposite side.
