A piece of pink ribbon is used to bind three sheets of the document together. Another piece of ribbon is on p. [10]. Two holes are evident on each page of three sheets, probably used for binding them together.

The document is laminated with tissue. The bottom right corner of page one was cut out in rectangular shape, though no written text appears to be missing. On page 10, small pieces are missing, and it is worn on edges and fold lines. Sheet four should be part of this document as it is the schedule-- however it was found in the wrong treaty folder and may have been misplaced for some time.
