The document as 14 seals covered with paper and 15 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures. There is also a piece of green ribbon on the left side of page two.

The document is laminated with tissue. Two stains are on the top edge and another is at the bottom. There are six large holes and smaller holes along the folded areas with tears, and pieces missing.
