National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy

Audio recording of the second day of a plenary session of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy (NRTEE), from February 12-13, 2001, at the Crowne Plaza, Ottawa. At this meeting on Ecological Fiscal Reform, stakeholders select three environmental issues upon which to focus upcoming research: wetlands conservation, "track 2" toxic substances, and smog precursors. Representatives debate the strengths and weaknesses of various case studies, and prepare reports on the goals, priorities, and approaches for the topics selected.
