BRADY'S BEASTS is an animated television series for children featuring a twelve-year old boy by the name of Brady Plunkett who lives in a whimsical new-millennium world where children are clamoring to replace their goldfish, puppies, hamsters and other cute household pets with horrifying, erratic and often carnivorous monsters. Raising these hideous semi-domesticated creatures of all shapes, sizes and appetites is not easy. While kids do not tend to be scared of them, the adults are utterly petrified. That's why children often end up calling Brady Plunkett, a true monster-rights activist, to help ease the potentially risky adoption process. In each episode, we learn the dos, don'ts, and do-at-your-own-risks of raising a beast. In addition, each episode contains two separate stories. In the first story of this episode, Brady wakes up and finds a happy bouncing monster egg. The egg, which turns out to be a present for Brady from his favourite monster, proves quite challenging to manage. Things do not get much easier once the egg finally hatches as Virgil somehow succeeds to spook the baby monster, which flies away in a panic. In the second story, a tall hairy mysterious creature captures Pollyanna late at night. Later, while sitting around a campfire, Pollyanna engages in a friendly chat with her captor - a lonely female Missing Link. As Pollyanna teaches the Link that abducting people is not nice, the two of them become great friends. Meanwhile, Maxwell mobilizes another one of his infamous search parties, which, as usual, quickly degenerates into an unruly, disorganized and incompetent mob. <24mn 15s>
