WAPOS BAY is a six-episode stop-motion animated series about growing up Cree in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The series follows ten-year-old T-Bear, nine-year-old Talon and six-year-old Raven as they gain knowledge about their traditions and rich cultural heritage, also learning about each other in the process. With the guidance of the elders in their family and community, the kids also learn about things such such as respect, safety, peer pressure and independence. WAPOS BAY takes us through the seasonal changes - from winter, spring thaw and spring, to summer, fall and freeze-up. In this episode, T-Bear learns about Remembrance Day and Wapos Bay's Aboriginal veterans, while Raven has to cope with the fact that her favourite teacher is relocating. <24mn>
