Accession consists of operational registry files from the Human Resources Management function, dating from 1983-1986. The majority of the records derive from the organizational unit known as the Personnel Policy Branch which operated from 1966 to the early 1990s. The records incorporate reports, minutes of meetings, correspondence, memoranda, briefing books, formal authority documentation, manuals, guides, and supporting reference material. This accession is confined to policy and policy development files related to the employee services policy (clothing, parking, travel), and the incentive award board.
