Intertitle: "The new Banff-Windermere motor highway across the Central Canadian Rockies provides a magnificent open-air and open-sky route to the National Parks, famous resorts and scenic treasures of Western Canada." Shot of a car traveling along a highway. Intertitle: "It is the last link in the wonderful 4,200 mile system of highways through Canada and the United States known as the 'Grand Circle Tour' and completes what is probably the most spectacular motor route in the world." Shot of an animated map of the Grand Circle Tour through Canada and the U.S.A. Intertitle: "Nature has carved her own majestic gate-way to the new highway - Sinclair Canyon." Panoramic shot of Sinclair Canyon as automobiles drive through it. Intertitle: "A mile farther along are the Radium Hot Springs." A car pulls up and people traverse a small bridge with towels in hand. Shot of people enjoying the spring waters, swimming and bathing. Intertitle: "Winding up by easy gradients the road climbs to the summit of Sinclair Pass where lies Lake Olive - A pool of amber sheen, set like a jewel in the forest green."
