Jackman, comedians Johnny Wayne and Frank Shuster, singer Anne Murray, and others; testimonial by Prime Minister Brian Mulroney; proclamations; scrapbooks containing press clippings, photographs, correspondence, invitations, programmes, posters and other promotional material, certificates, citations, proclamations, drawings.

Tapp, Gordie, 1922- : Known to millions of his international television fans as "Cousin Clem," Gordie Tapp, a native of Burlington, Ontario, studied at the Lorne Green Academy of Radio Arts in Toronto. He began his entertainment career during a stint in the Canadian Army, returning to Toronto after his discharge to become one of Canada's top TV and radio personalities.

A veteran of 13 1/2 years on CBC radio and television, he hosted such programs as "Main Street Jamboree" and "Country Hoedown." Gordie Tapp is probably most famed for his work on the U.S. television show "Hee Haw," playing a variety of characters and also serving as a writer. Created in 1969, it was to become the longest running country variety show in American television history.

An ambassador of entertainment for Canada, Tapp has performed for Canadian troops and diplomats throughout the world. In 1997, he was appointed to the Order of Canada for his tireless fundraising efforts on behalf of medical charities such as Muscular Dystrophy Canada, Easter Seals, the Canadian Tim Horton's Children Foundation and the U.S. Shriners Hospitals for Children. He was also elected to the Canadian Country Music Association Hall of Fame.
