House of CommonsDescription :This consists of videotaped proceedings of the Special Joint Committee of the Senate and the House of Commons to study the government's 2 October 1980 "Proposed Resolution for a Joint Address to Her Majesty the Queen respecting the Constitution of Canada". The committee chairs are Senator Harry Hays and Member of Parliament Serge Joyal. The witnesses represent the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Council of Quebec Minorities and the Association canadienne-française de l'Ontario.
