The fonds consists of documents related to the First Elected Assembly, 1758, stamp issue (1958). It contains 3 drawings (one showing the design essay of the 5 cents First Elected Assembly, 1758, the second one, the mace, and the last one, the Peace Tower); 2 letters to R.H. Walker from J.A. MacDonald, Director of Financial Services, Post Office Department, in July 1957 concerning the design and the project to commemorate the First Elected Assembly of 1758; and 2 photographs, the first one shows the Government House in Halifax and the other one the mace.
