Places seen: Quebec City harbour; Craig Harbour; Dundas Harbour; Devon Island; Baffin Island; etc. Identified personalities: Captain J. Bernier; photographer, George H. Valiquette; RCMP Inspector Wilcox; Civil servant, J.D. Claig; Commissioner, C. Starnes; and Nookoodlah. Ceremonies: Presentation of official document written in Eskimo language (Inuktitut), flagraising at Franklin's Cairn at Dundas Harbour, Nookoodlah's trial for murder.
