Jean Beaudry parle de la campagne à Falconbridge Ltd., à Oneping (Ontario), et dénonce les tentatives de Mine Mill pour intimider les travailleurs. M. Bouchard montre ensuite comment remplir le bulletin de vote pour accréditer les Métallurgistes unis. Il qualifie Mine Mill d'organisation antidémocratique et soutient que c'est pour payer ses dettes que le syndicat veut l'argent des travailleurs de Sudbury.
