Questioning is conducted by Ian Stauffer of Commission Counsel.~Subjects include the history of Beno's military career, his experience with the Canadian Airborne Regiment (CAR), Beno's role and function as Brigade Commander from 1992 to 1994, Beno's role with respect to discipline, Rules of Engagement (ROE), meetings, telephone calls and documentation dealing with the training of the Canadian Airborne Regiment (CAR) and, more specifically, training of the CAR as it relates to Lieutenant Colonel Paul Morneault.
